Disagreements can arise in any organisation. The difference between threats and opportunities lies in how they are understood, addressed and managed.
Handled well, workplace conflict can lead to clearer communication, stronger collaboration and better decision-making. When left unresolved, it can affect morale, productivity and organisational performance.
This interactive workshop, organised by DMCC in partnership with ADR Center, explores how organisations can better understand workplace conflict and strengthen the approaches used to prevent and address it.
Through discussion, real examples and group exercises, participants will gain insight into how organisations can create stronger policies, support productive dialogue and maintain positive working environments.
