Please note that Concordia has initiated working remotely in support of the national effort to protect the public health. Hence, all Annual Operational Fitness Certificate (AOFC) applications will be processed only through email and they will not be accepting any customer visits, in person, at their office until further notice.

All DMCC registered companies should continue to follow the procedure of creating service requests on the DMCC portal first. Upon creation of the service request, Concordia will continue to send AOFC requirements to clients through email with SR reference and manage payments through bank transfers/Cash deposit machines. Once they log the job, they will complete their review process and proceed for inspection (as per normal process).

However, when receiving some inspection cancellation/postponement requests from the clients as their office is closed then in such cases OR in case there is mandatory UAE shutdown announced, they will issue temporary Operational Fitness Certificate (OFC) confirmation email which will be valid for 2 months only.

Concordia will approve the SR for two months uploading the OFC confirmation, so the DMCC Company licence gets renewed. At end of two months they will complete the physical inspection process and issue the standard AOFC and update the SR with full term validity.
