In collaboration with The Ore Coffee, join us at the DMCC Coffee Centre for the SCA Evolved Q Grader Course, a six-day certification programme developed by the Specialty Coffee Association for experienced coffee professionals.

Designed for those working in cupping, sourcing, quality control, and trading, this course provides a structured approach to evaluating coffee using the Coffee Value Assessment (CVA). You will develop the ability to assess coffee across physical, sensory, and market dimensions, apply consistent evaluation standards and strengthen decision-making across quality, sourcing, and commercial contexts.

Delivered through a combination of theory, practical application, and structured assessments, the programme leads to an internationally recognised certification for professionals looking to advance their expertise.

Participants who pass all assessments receive the SCA Evolved Q Grader licence, valid for three years.
