Marwan Mohamed Saleh is the Senior Director - Corporate Sales & Business Development, Free Zone at DMCC. He brings over 25 years of work experience in strategic planning, marketing and business development, driving international sales and realising business objectives.
Prior to joining DMCC, Mr. Saleh was the Head of Business Development and International Sales at the Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC).
Mr. Saleh is well-known for his extensive work with Etisalat Afghanistan from 1996 to 2015. He began his career journey as a Government & Corporate Segment Manager. Demonstrating excellence and business acumen, he then climbed the corporate ladder to become Vice President for Etisalat Afghanistan between 2011-2014, before assuming the role of the CEO at Etisalat Afghanistan.
Mr. Saleh completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU). He also holds multiple certifications in leadership and organisational leadership from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Harvard Business School.

David is a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Applied Economics from Makerere University, Uganda (1996) and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), UK (2018).
Before Joining Equity, Mr. David was the Senior Director Finance for Mastercard Foundation. David is a dynamic and data-driven Global Executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience across financial services and development sectors. His career spans globally recognized organizations including Mastercard Foundation, Diageo Africa, East African Breweries Limited (EABL), and British American Tobacco (BAT), where he held key roles such as Country Director, Finance Director, and Strategic Projects Director.
He is passionate about driving transformational impact through inclusive, profitable, and sustainable business models. He is known for his visionary leadership, collaborative approach, and ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
David is highly skilled in strategic planning, financial management, operational efficiency, and organizational transformation. He has a strong reputation for building trust and alignment with boards, senior leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to drive growth and value creation.

Mohammed Al Falasi is the Regional Representative – Middle East & Africa at DMCC (Dubai Multi-Commodities Centre), appointed to the role in September 2020.
Prior to Current position Mohammed held many senior roles at DMCC such as Manager Government Services & Senior Manager Business Relations.
Serving on DMCC’s corporate Sales & business development team, Mohammed oversees the company’s free zone operations and commercial growth plan as the world’s leading trade and enterprise hub for commodities.
Mohammed drives relations, partnership & collaborations development, and manages the SME & large companies’ profiles. Contribute generating revenue & customer satisfaction levels and creating an optimum business environment for DMCC members to grow their enterprise.
With expertise in the fields of government relations, Corporate Sales, and Operations Management, Mohammed is an integral part of the organization’s successful transformation policy.
Prior to joining DMCC in 2006, Mohammed held senior positions at Dubai Police as chief of telecommunication since 1996. Mohammed earned a Bachelor of Business Administrations & Relations from the American University - School of Business.
