Ahmed Bin Sulayem is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DMCC and has driven its growth from a start-up of 28 member companies in 2003 to the world’s leading international business district in 2025 with over 25,000 member companies from 180 countries, employing over 80,000 people.

Mr Bin Sulayem oversaw the exponential growth of the DMCC Free Zone master development in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), a 200-hectare business and residential community in Dubai of over 100,000 people living and working in 87 towers. Mr Bin Sulayem also oversees the development of DMCC’s latest real estate project, the Uptown Dubai district.
Mr Bin Sulayem currently serves as the Chairman the Dubai Diamond Exchange (DDE) and the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX).
The Kimberley Process officially appointed the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as the first and only Arab country to Chair the Kimberley Process (KP) in November 2015. Shortly after, the UAE Ministry of Economy officially appointed Mr Bin Sulayem as the UAE’s Chair of the KP for 2016. Mr Bin Sulayem was reappointed Chair of the KP for a historic second time in 2024, and has continued his leadership role with the position of Custodian Chair in 2025.

Belal Jassoma is the Senior Director of Tech Ecosystems at DMCC, the world’s leading business district and authority on international commodities trade and enterprise.
Belal joined DMCC in 2011 and has been instrumental in scaling up DMCC’s ecosystems and commercial offering, including new products, services and member engagement programmes. In his current capacity as Director for Ecosystems, Belal is responsible for developing key strategic relationships, partnerships and product functions as well as overseeing ecosystem development across several of DMCC’s industry verticals such as crypto, gaming, AI, energy and financial services.
Belal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah and brings over 18 years of experience in real estate, investment, and government administration.

Muna Al Falasi is a UAE national and a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, and executing large-scale and city-wide events. She plays a pivotal role at Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), part of Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), where she continues to shape Dubai’s esports and gaming landscape and drive tourism and economic growth. Muna is also a board member of the Emirates Esports Federation and an active member of the women’s gaming community, demonstrating her commitment to advancing esports and gaming and advocating for industry inclusion.
Muna has led some of Dubai’s biggest, iconic, and flagship city-wide campaigns under DFRE, such as Dubai Esports & Games Festival, Dubai Shopping Festivals, Dubai Summer Surprises, Eid and Ramadan celebrations, Beach Canteen, and Dubai Food Festival, to name a few. With a visionary outlook, her work has been instrumental in establishing Dubai as a leading global hub for world-class, year-round festivals and immersive experiences.

Tamatem partners with international developers to localize and publish high-quality mobile games for Arabic-speaking audiences worldwide.
With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Hussam founded Tamatem with a clear mission: to bring authentic Arabic content to the mobile gaming industry. As an avid gamer, he recognized the lack of culturally relevant and fully localized games for the Arab market.

With over 10 years of experience in the gaming industry, Mario has held roles spanning esports and global tournament organizations, including GGTech Entertainment and LVP (Mediapro), before moving into mobile gaming growth.
At Exscape, Mario leads market entry, telco and direct carrier billing partnerships, payments, and growth strategy across multiple regions. Mohammed Ibrahim Mohammed is a Senior Manager of Corporate Sales at DMCC, the world’s leading Free Zone and Government of Dubai Authority on commodities trade and enterprise.
Joining DMCC in 2014, Mohammed is responsible for promoting the benefits of doing business in Dubai and establishing a presence in DMCC. Building strategic relationships is a key focus for Mohammed, and so too is engaging with local and international business communities at key industry events throughout the year.

With a background in game development, immersive technologies, and strategic programme delivery, Zain brings experience across partnerships, community building, and industry engagement. He combines technical understanding with commercial and ecosystem-focused thinking to create practical, value-driven initiatives that support industry growth and strengthen DMCC’s role within the regional and global gaming landscape.

Andjela Bojanic leads strategic partnerships and ecosystem development as the Gaming Ecosystem Consultant at the DMCC Gaming Centre, where she works with global game businesses to accelerate Dubai’s position as a leading gaming ecosystem.
With over a decade of experience advising leading gaming companies, Andjela specialises in fostering partnerships, attracting international gaming businesses, and connecting developers, investors, industry leaders, and government officials to create comprehensive gaming ecosystems.
Over the course of her career, Andjela has supported several gaming organisations in scaling and positioning themselves at the forefront of the industry. This includes AAA game development in markets such as London, contributing to globally recognised titles including Star Wars: Hunters, Gears 5, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and Gears Tactics.
