ABOUT THE EVENT
Disputes do not usually start as major issues. They grow when they are not addressed early.
This interactive session introduces a clear and structured approach to managing business disputes before they disrupt operations or strain working relationships. Delivered in partnership with ADR Center, the webinar focuses on how organisations can address disagreement constructively while maintaining day-to-day priorities.
Led by experienced mediation professionals, the session explores real business scenarios and structured approaches that can be applied across teams and commercial relationships. Participants will gain clear guidance on how mediation works and when it is appropriate to use.
