Kathie J. Lee is the Executive Vice President for Policy, Global Affairs and General Counsel for the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. She brings a unique combination of in-depth experience in global business, finance, corporate and international law, and small business entrepreneurship. Kathie has held leadership positions creating new departments and building teams for market strategy growth for Fortune 100 companies and top international law firms.
She built and led business development and client relationship management departments at the leading tech law firm Fenwick and West in Silicon Valley and the top NYC global law firms such as Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Weil Gotshal. She was the Head of Marketing and Outreach at FLEX by Fenwick for innovative, customized legal services. Kathie oversaw Korea’s largest law firm’s market and business development strategy during the liberalization of the Asian legal markets, successfully leading Kim & Chang to not only maintain but to grow its market dominant position building alliances with international law firm entrants. Prior, she was a corporate and real estate attorney practicing in New York and Florida, managing multimillion dollar deals at Baker & McKenzie and Cadwalader. Kathie was also a federal law clerk for Magistrate Judge Cheryl Pollak in the Eastern District of New York here in Brooklyn. Prior to practicing law, she was a management consultant at Monitor Group advising global market leaders such as Coca-Cola, Pfizer and Proctor & Gamble.
Kathie received a BA from Brown University and a JD from Cornell Law School. Kathie was born and raised in NYC, having lived and attended schools in 4 out of the 5 NYC boroughs. Kathie has been a resident of, and a successful entrepreneur in Brooklyn for over 7 years. She and her husband owned the popular Ditmas Park farm-to-table restaurant The Farm on Adderley, and currently operate two Brooklyn businesses: Sycamore Bar & Flower Shop and Rusty Nail Brooklyn.

Mohammed Ibrahim Mohammed is a Senior Manager of Corporate Sales at DMCC, the world’s leading Free Zone and Government of Dubai Authority on commodities trade and enterprise.
Joining DMCC in 2014, Mohammed is responsible for promoting the benefits of doing business in Dubai and establishing a presence in DMCC. Building strategic relationships is a key focus for Mohammed, and so too is engaging with local and international business communities at key industry events throughout the year.
With over 16 years of business development and corporate sales experience, Mohammed has worked alongside a number of senior figures in both the public and private sectors of the United Arab Emirates. Mohammed earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the American University in Emirates.
