A mathematician and natural bodybuilder, Amira transformed her life by losing over 50kg, and now leverages her expertise to help others through technology driven, evidence-based solutions With more than 8 years of experience in Data Science and AI, including consulting roles at Deloitte, Société Générale, and multiple startups worldwide, she combines discipline, precision, and empathy to inspire healthier, data driven communities.

Ivan Golov is the CEO and Co-Founder of Shopobill, a B2B SaaS platform that helps retailers and FMCG brands drive growth through gamification and AI-powered sales incentives. Based in Dubai, Shopobill works with major retailers like MAF Carrefour and leading FMCG brands to create engaging customer experiences that boost sales and loyalty.
Before founding Shopobill in 2022, Ivan built a successful career in brand management and digital marketing. At SABMiller, he led digital and influencer campaigns for Miller Genuine Draft, a brand that generated 40% of the company's Russia profit. At 23, he co-founded DIGITALIZM, a digital agency that served global clients including P&G, PepsiCo, McDonald's, and Mastercard, winning multiple EFFIE awards along the way.
Ivan is a Harvard Business School alumnus, having completed the Program for Leadership Development. His unique background combines hands-on experience with major brands, entrepreneurial success, and a deep understanding of retail technology, making him a recognized expert on how gamification is reshaping customer engagement in retail.

Milica Smudja is an experienced marketing and communications professional with over 15 years in the field, specializing in consumer and digital marketing, B2B, and strategic partnerships. Starting her career in the UAE, she initially worked with Miral Experiences, where she played a key role in developing brand strategies for high-profile theme parks like Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World, Yas Waterworld and other local and international attractions. Later, she led marketing efforts for Landmark Leisure, leading marketing, and strategy across GCC region for five family entertainment brands.
Currently, Milica serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Al Barakah Holding, where she manages promotional strategies and campaigns for Al Qana, a notable waterfront destination in Abu Dhabi, focusing on enhancing the city’s global tourism appeal.
Additionally, she brings over five years of experience in freelance consulting on various projects across Japan, Saudi Arabia, China, and South Korea, specializing in providing strategic guidance and solutions tailored to diverse cultural and business environments. Milica is a very known marketer in the region, speaker on the different conferences across the region mainly about digital marketing and AI.

Rola Daher is a Senior Marketing Manager at General Motors Africa & Middle East, where she oversees brand marketing for ACDelco, GM Genuine Parts, and aftersales marketing across GMC, Cadillac, and Chevrolet. She is recognized for transforming the GMC brand across the region and, in the last couple of years, for transforming ACDelco’s brand positioning and identity, redefining how customers connect with automotive brands in the Middle East.
With over 15 years of experience on both the agency and brand sides of the industry for leading global organizations in telecom, media, corporate wellness, and automotive, Rola brings a rare blend of cultural fluency, strategic clarity, and creative intuition. Her career is defined by her ability to translate complex customer behavior and regional nuance into brand & marketing strategies that not only resonate emotionally but also deliver measurable business growth and strengthen brand equity.
Rola holds a BBA in Marketing and an MA in Leadership & Innovation in Contemporary Media from the American University in Dubai, as well as an MSc in Business Psychology with Coaching from Heriot-Watt University. Currently completing her pathway toward becoming a licensed organizational and coaching psychologist, she is passionate about bridging brand strategy with human psychology to build more empathetic brands, teams, and leaders.
Grounded in gratitude, Rola often says she is thankful for the simple ability to breathe, think, and move, a philosophy that drives her love of both, mental and physical challenge. Beyond her corporate role, she practices transformational coaching with a highly selective approach, working only with leaders who are ready for deep, purpose-driven change. She also runs a regional support community for mothers, offering guidance from pregnancy through early childhood, a personal mission rooted in empathy and empowerment.
