ABOUT THE EVENT
Employment decisions today carry real legal and operational risk. Missteps around leave, conduct, termination or disciplinary action can quickly lead to disputes, cost exposure and disruption to the business.
Join us for an upcoming webinar delivered in partnership with Gateley Middle East and Fikrah HR. This session is designed to help employers identify where risk most commonly arises and how to manage employment issues with greater clarity and consistency.
The discussion focuses on real workplace scenarios rather than theory. It will examine common challenges across the employee lifecycle, from leave entitlements and cost recovery to disciplinary processes, termination decisions and workplace conduct, providing guidance to support sound decision-making.
