In line with precautionary measures issued by government authorities, the DMCC Disputes Centre will be temporarily suspended and working remotely from Tuesday 7 April 2020.

We request our members to access all services provided by the DMCC Disputes Centre through the following channels: 

• DMCC Disputes Centre – +971 4 375 7787 / +971 4 364 4276, Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm
• DMCC Help Centre

We ask for your understanding that there will be some delays in cases where physical documents are required. However, DMCC will strive to accommodate urgent requests through alternative channels. We have started conducting Workplace Mediation Meetings virtually using an online audio and video conferencing tool.

The Legal Clinics appointments will be arranged via phone with external Legal Service Providers.
