    Your single act of kindness could save up to three lives.

    We invite you to make an impact by joining our Blood Donation Drive at the Almas Conference Centre, hosted in partnership with the Dubai Health (DH).

    Join us today for a simple, safe donation process with your comfort and safety as our priority.

    Important details:

    • Download the Dubai Health app (available on Apple and Android)
    • Learn how to access DAMMI Service in Dubai Health app here.
    • Review eligibility criteria below
    • Register and choose a slot before visiting
    • Complete the mandatory questionnaire for blood donation on the app
    • Present the QR code from the app upon arrival

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Donor Identification
    • Blood donor must carry their valid Emirates ID/ GCC Id for GCC Nationals for the donation
    • Age: 18 – 65 years.
    • Body weight: 50 Kg and above. The minimum weight of donors between 18 to 21 years age must be 55 kg.
    • Sleep: At least 6 hours night sleep
    • Diet: Eat healthy food and plenty of liquids before donation. Avoid fatty foods at least 12 hours before donation.
    • Travel: Persons who have returned from Malaria and Dengue endemic countries are not eligible to donate for 30 days. (List of countries attached).

    Permanently ineligible if the donor has,

        • Major health problems
        • Diseases which can be transmitted through blood transfusion
        • History of malaria,
        • History of Jaundice after the 11th birthday.

    Permanently ineligible for 6 months if the donor has,

        • Received blood or blood products.
        • Major surgery 
        • Dengue fever
    Additional eligibility criterion:
        • Blood donor should be in good general health condition at the time of blood donation.
        • Cannot donate  for 7 days if there are symptoms of flu.
        • It is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women to donate blood
        • Medication and other criteria will be checked by the screening staff nurse to finally accept a donor for the donation
