Paola De Luca is a visionary Creative Director and Trend Forecaster, Founder of The Futurist LLC and Co-founder of TRENDVISION Jewellery + Forecasting (Vicenzaoro – IEG Group). Through her consultancy, she leads a Design Thinking-driven approach specializing in research, creative intelligence, and strategic innovation.
Backed by a talented team and an expansive international network, Paola
spearheads globally scoped projects that seamlessly merge cultural foresight with
creative direction. Her illustrious career features landmark collaborations, including the launch of Fendi’s first jewelry line under Karl Lagerfeld and Carla Fendi, and creative leadership roles for brands such as Swarovski and UnoAErre. She is internationally recognized for shaping narratives across the jewellery and luxury sectors.
Paola served as Global Design Director for Rio Tinto for over five years, where she
led the Diamonds with a Story campaign for Argyle Diamonds across the U.S., India,
and China.
Her client portfolio includes leading institutions and organizations such as WJI 2030, ITA (Italian Trade Agency), IEG Group, The Plumb Club, Alrosa Group, and the Akoya Pearl Association.
At the forefront of innovation, Paola drives disruptive projects that blend design,
artificial intelligence, sustainability, and socio-cultural analysis. Notable initiatives
include The Jewellery TrendBook, TSL GAZZETTE – JEWELS & CO, and the
international cultural program Trendvision Road Show.
An esteemed educator and keynote speaker, she lectures at institutions including IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) and SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design), and curates strategic content for global creative and business audiences.
