COVID-19: Updates and guidance
- DMCC remains in close contact with the Dubai Health Authority and UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, and continues to follow official guidance from the UAE Government on COVID-19
- To reduce the risk of spreading the infection, DMCC encourages member companies to have a work-from-home (WFH) policy in place, and be ready to activate it should it be required
- DMCC itself has taken a range of precautionary measures including placing information posters across the JLT community to encourage both thorough hand washing and social distancing
- DMCC is also working alongside building owner and manager associations to coordinate deep cleaning and sanitation procedure across buildings in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT)
- Companies registered within DMCC can continue to use the variety of services offered online
- DMCC has been reassured by the relevant authorities that the steps being taken by DMCC to reduce the risk of transmission are proportionate, effective and well advised.
