At every step of the COVID-19 pandemic, DMCC has followed expert guidance from UAE authorities to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone connected to our organisation.

We continue to offer a range of services online however; we are pleased to announce further updates outlined below.

Please note that across DMCC services, strict precautionary measures are in place to protect employees and members.

We urge everyone to continue following the COVID-19 protocol announced by the authorities. It is important that you stay at home if you have symptoms that may be caused by COVID-19 or you live with someone that has symptoms.

Please also note that limited visitor parking is available at Almas Tower Basement Level Two.

COVID-19: DMCC Updates and Guidance

  1. The DMCC Client Service Centre and DMCC Client Registration Centre are now open!
  • Summary: Members can now access a reduced range of services in Almas Tower Level One
  • Appointments: Services are available only on an appointment basis. Please login to DMCC portal for more information and access DMCC’s Appointment Booking Guidelines online here
  • Opening hours: 09:00 to 15:00, Sunday to Thursday only
  • Services available:
    • DMCC Client Service Centre
      • Registration Amendment:
        • Submission of original documents
        • Collection of original documents
        • Document attestation services
      • Visa Services:
        • Dependent Visa Typing
        • Signing of Visa Documents (Employees with less than AED 5000 salary p/m)
      • Portal Top-up
    • DMCC Client Registration Centre (New Company Setup)
      • E-KYC and original passport verification
      • Submission of original documents
      • Collection of original documents


  1. Precautionary measures in place across DMC
  • Increased sanitisation of all office space
  • Increased provision of hand sanitisers and personal protective equipment
  • Continuation of safe distancing measures for all individuals, including crowd management in all common areas (parking areas, elevators, reception areas etc.)
  • Thermal cameras placed at all entry points of Almas Tower
  • Additional physical temperature screening of all individuals using services on Almas Tower level one
  • Protective screens installed on reception and all client-facing counters in use
