Belal Jassoma is the Senior Director of Tech Ecosystems at DMCC, the world’s leading business district and authority on international commodities trade and enterprise.
Belal joined DMCC in 2011 and has been instrumental in scaling up DMCC’s ecosystems and commercial offering, including new products, services and member engagement programmes. In his current capacity as Director for Ecosystems, Belal is responsible for developing key strategic relationships, partnerships and product functions as well as overseeing ecosystem development across several of DMCC’s industry verticals such as crypto, gaming, AI, energy and financial services.
Belal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah and brings over 18 years of experience in real estate, investment, and government administration.

Software Developer on the JetBrains Koog team, who has spent years researching and building agentic systems. She started off at JetBrains as an ML Researcher in the AI Agents and Planning research lab, studying agent capabilities and developing evaluation frameworks for agentic systems - before joining the Koog team as a core developer.

Nadia is a revenue & business development professional leading JetBrains’ go to market in MENA. With more than 20 years of experience in international business, she works closely with enterprises, governments, startups, and developer communities to support the adoption of modern software development practices, AI-powered workflows, and developer tools across the region.
Before joining JetBrains, Nadia worked across multiple international markets and industries, focusing on go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives. Nadia has built and scaled go-to-market strategies in 10+ markets. She holds a BSc in Mathematics from Michigan State University, an MBA from St. John’s University in New York, and is a Harvard Executive Education alumna.
Passionate about technology ecosystems and developer communities, Nadia actively collaborates with universities, accelerators, engineering leaders, and innovation hubs across MENA to help bridge global software development expertise with regional digital transformation efforts.
