Zain Al Qudah

Zain AlQudah joined DMCC in 2026 as Manager of the DMCC Gaming Centre, where he leads partnerships, ecosystem development, and industry programming. In his role, he works closely with regional and international stakeholders across the gaming value chain to build strategic collaborations, deliver high-impact initiatives, and support DMCC’s ambition to position Dubai as a leading destination for gaming companies, talent and industry innovation.

With a background in game development, immersive technologies, and strategic programme delivery, Zain brings experience across partnerships, community building, and industry engagement. He combines technical understanding with commercial and ecosystem-focused thinking to create practical, value-driven initiatives that support industry growth and strengthen DMCC’s role within the regional and global gaming landscape.

Jason Kim

Jason Kim is the General Manager of NEXUS HUB FZCO in Dubai, leading Web3 gaming and blockchain ecosystem initiatives in the Middle East. Formerly Head of Middle East at Wemade / WEMIX, he has extensive experience in game industry strategy, virtual asset regulation, and public–private partnerships. He is also an advisor to the UAE Center of the Korea Creative Content Agency. Jason holds an LL.B. from Sogang University and an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Dubai.

Dr. Carolina Rios

Dr. Carolina Rios is the Founder and CEO of SAJA Legal Consultants, a boutique firm specializing in Web3 legal architecture, virtual asset regulation, cross-border RWA tokenization, and DLT Foundation structuring for blockchain ecosystems. She holds a PhD in International Law from Korea University, where her doctoral research focused on the regulation of crypto assets. Over the past decade she has advised Layer 1 protocols, gaming companies, and virtual asset service providers across Korea, Singapore, the US, the UAE, and Europe, securing licensing under frameworks including VARA, ADGM, and DIFC. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Korean, Carolina started her career as legal advisor to the President of Colombia.

Igor Biriukov

Igor Biriukov is a Senior Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he leads engagement with early-stage startups in the UAE as part of the AWS Startups team, supporting founders in navigating cloud and AI strategies. Prior to joining AWS, he spent 15 years across EMEA in commercial and advisory roles focused on startups, digital-native companies, and cloud computing. Igor holds an MBA from INSEAD and has a background in computer science.
